1. Terms and Conditions The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Bun Cha LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "us," or "we," as the context requires). We operate a decentralized application (DApp) project called TCG STORE, which allows users to purchase trading card games (TCG) using virtual currency.
2. User Representations By accessing or using this site, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity to agree to and comply with these Terms.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction where you reside.
You will not access the site through automated or non-human means, such as bots, scripts, or other similar methods.
You will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Your use of the site will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny any current or future use of the site (or any portion thereof).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site, as technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen factors may cause delays or errors. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from your inability to access or use the site during such periods.

4. Limitations of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
We, along with our suppliers and licensors, disclaim all liability for indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or related to these Terms, the site, or any products, services, or information provided to you.
This limitation applies to damages arising from contract claims, negligence, strict liability, or other torts, even if we or our third-party suppliers or licensors were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed USD 50.00, regardless of the number of claims. Our suppliers and licensors shall have no liability arising from or related to the products, services, or information provided.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the British Virgin Islands for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
