取扱カードの偽造品の排除

TCG Store.ioでは、PSA社の鑑定済みのトレーディングカードのみを取り扱うことで、偽造品・不正品の流通を制御しています。

出品事業者の取り扱いフロー

・カード受入れ時にPSA社が公開しているトレーディングカード画像と同一品かどうかの検査の実施、造品、不正品、盗品ではないことの検査の実施を徹底・出品時にトレーディングカード写真の撮影を実施・梱包、発送時にトレーディングカード写真の撮影を実施

古物商許可の取得

古物商許可を取得し、警察からの盗品、紛失品などの情報を入手することで、盗難品などの流通を未然に防止することを出品事業者に徹底いたします。

カード本体の鑑定の不備

PSA社の評価が偽造、変造等の何らかの理由でにより誤り、または不適切との判断が下された場合、当該商品の取引は無効扱いとなります。その場合、商品を同じPSA評価の同じカードに交換、またはPSA社へ補償額を請求する、のいずれかをご選択いただきます。

保管中のカードの保証について

購入されたカードは出品事業者の倉庫で厳重に保管され、保証がかけられます。販売事業者の不手際により紛失や破損が起きた場合、同じPSA評価の同カードに交換、または購入時の金額が返金されます。

発送中のカードの保証について

発送中の事故は発送会社の補償金額を上限とし保証されます。

Elimination of Counterfeit Cards

TCG Store.io exclusively handles trading cards graded by PSA, effectively controlling the distribution of counterfeit and fraudulent products.

Listing Operator Procedures

Inspection at Card Reception: Verification that the card matches the images publicly available from PSA, and thorough checks to ensure it is not counterfeit, fraudulent, or stolen.
Photography at Listing: Photographs of trading cards are taken when they are listed.
Photography at Packing and Shipping: Additional photos of the trading cards are taken during the packing and shipping process.

Acquisition of Secondhand Dealer Permits

Listing operators are required to obtain secondhand dealer permits, enabling them to access information from law enforcement on stolen or lost goods. This ensures the prevention of stolen items entering circulation.

Handling Errors in Card Grading

If a PSA-grade card is determined to be counterfeit, altered, or otherwise deemed erroneous or inappropriate, the transaction for that item will be voided. In such cases, users can choose either:

A replacement card with the same PSA grade, or
A compensation claim to PSA for the item's value.

Guarantee for Cards in Storage

Purchased cards are securely stored in the seller's warehouse and are insured.

In the event of loss or damage due to the seller's mishandling, the card will be replaced with the same PSA-graded card, or a refund will be issued for the purchase amount.

Guarantee for Cards in Transit

During shipping, insurance coverage is provided up to the compensation limit set by the shipping company in case of an incident.
